We will capture the entire interior and exterior (ground level) of your listing. We use the HDR (High Dynamic Range) technique to capture a realistic view of the interior of your listings. We do not count photos rather we shoot to provide complete coverage of the home.

All photos are uploaded to your personal online password-protected folder. You can view and download your images from this folder whenever you like.

We will capture beautiful twilight photography of your property during the evening “golden hour”. Since this special time of day shifts throughout the year then this photography is usually scheduled at a separate time from the standard photography for the home.

All photos are uploaded to your personal online password-protected folder. You can view and download your images from this folder whenever you like.

We use our drone(s) to elevate our cameras to get you eye-catching photographs to make your listings stand out from the others. This is a great technique to show wonderful landscaping, beautiful architecture, or surrounding geographic features.
With the full coverage package, you’ll receive multiple photos from multiple elevations from all around the property. You’ll also get at least 2 shots from directly overhead showing the birdseye view of the property.

Create an interactive 3D virtual twin, with the “dollhouse” view, that will allow prospective buyers to walk through the property… at any time… from anywhere… at their leisure. We are also a certified provider for the Zillow Home 3D Tours. We use our high definition 3D cameras to map out the property using the Zillow app.

Amenities Photos – $40 – Need photos of the community amenities? We will photograph community entrance signage, tennis courts, pools and playgrounds. (Note: photographers will not photograph pools and playground areas which are occupied by children.)

Slideshow Virtual Tour – $40 – This is a slideshow created from the photos taken of your property. The photos will be arranged in a logical order so that the viewer gets a sense of the flow of the home. The slideshow will also be set to music. The client (Realtor) will have access to each slideshow through their personal “client panel”. Using this client panel the Realtor can adjust almost every aspect of the virtual tour. You will be able to add/delete photos, change the photo order, change the music and add detailed information about each and every room.

YouTube Video from Slideshow – $40 – We will create a YouTube video from the Slideshow Virtual tour. There will be branded and unbranded versions of this video.
You will link your YouTube account with our software. From that point on, immediately after the videos are ready, the branded version will be uploaded to your YouTube account automatically.

Floor Plans from Matterport – $60 – This is an add on when ordering a Matterport. You must order a Matterport tour to be eligible for this floor plan.

**Note: this floor plan will list the approximate total square footage but it is not accurate enough to be used when determining the square footage of the property.
